Whispering Pines Water Company (WPWC) provides culinary water to the Whispering Pines subdivision, which consists of 123 building lots each having one 'A' share.  Currently, approximately 42 lots have been built upon and four residences tied to the system are located adjacent to the development.  The company also provides a community tap for "B" shares. The WPWC completed a major water project to 'proof up' on the water rights. All lots in Whispering Pines subdivision are connected into the system. Metered lots can use water from the system.

The WPWC owns Water Right 65-3743, two wells with pumps and a 125,000 gallon tank located near the development, easements to the wells and tank, 28 fire hydrants and the infrastructure associated with a water company such as pipes and valves. 

Water Company Annual Fees:  1.  A share metered full time resident $190,  2.  A share metered part time resident $170,  3.  A share lot only owner $90.   Please contact a Water Company Board Member for additional details, or email: wpineswater@gmail.com


WATER COMPANY Impact Fee: As of June 5, 2021:  At the time a water meter is installed on any A share an impact fee will be assessed. Current fee is $1000. 

WATER CERTIFICATE TRANSFER FEE: Anytime a Water Share is sold, a $125 certificate transfer fee is applied.  Applies to both A and B shares!
